Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate interfaces between multiple stakeholders including client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure alignment across design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Identify, track, and resolve interface issues, clashes, and dependencies
  • Lead and facilitate coordination meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of actions
  • Monitor and manage risks, escalating critical issues where necessary
  • Coordinate closely with planning teams to ensure schedule alignment across workstreams
  • Work with BIM and engineering teams to resolve technical and spatial conflicts
  • Maintain proper documentation of interface agreements, changes, and decisions
  • Support project delivery by minimizing delays arising from coordination gaps

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in interface management, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project lifecycle
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments (civil, structural, MEP)
  • Familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
