Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a curious, self-disciplined, decisive, and highly adaptable analyst to join our 24/7 Threat Detection Intelligence Center in Singapore. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, rapidly assesses and corroborates emerging information, distinguishes credible threats from background noise, and communicates clear judgments through concise intelligence alerts. You should be a strong open-source researcher and writer who is comfortable monitoring multiple evolving events, working a schedule that includes at least one weekend day and public holidays, and collaborating across global teams and time zones. Experience in intelligence, security, risk management, analysis, or journalism is highly valued, while foreign-language proficiency and experience with AI, geospatial, web-scouring, and source-validation tools would be advantageous. Candidates with a relevant bachelor's degree, particularly in Political Science or International Relations, will be prioritized.
What You Will Work On
You will join the Singapore Threat Detection Intelligence Center and report to the Manager of Threat Intelligence based in Singapore. You will work closely with analysts and managers across our globally distributed, 24/7 Threat Detection network to maintain continuous monitoring, coordinate coverage, and ensure effective shift handovers. You will also collaborate closely with Crisis24's Strategic Intelligence and Operational Intelligence teams, sharing verified information and coordinating assessments to ensure consistency across the broader Global Intelligence function.

What You Will Work On
- Monitor real-time events and emerging threats worldwide using open-source information, including local-language reporting and online platforms
- Rapidly assess, corroborate, and prioritize raw reporting to determine whether an event presents a potential threat to clients
- Distinguish situations requiring immediate escalation from those that warrant continued monitoring
- Draft concise, accurate, and well-sourced intelligence alerts that support clients risk management decisions
- Manage multiple developing events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
- Provide clear handovers on ambiguous or evolving situations across shifts and time zones
- Use AI, geospatial, and web-scouring tools to improve research, monitoring, and alert production workflows
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications
What You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, and Intelligence Studies
- Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to assess, corroborate, and prioritize information from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise intelligence alerts and clearly explain judgments under time-sensitive conditions
- Strong open-source research and source-validation skills, including the ability to distinguish credible reporting from misinformation and background noise
- Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple reporting threads simultaneously
- The ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and provide clear handovers between shifts
- Availability to work a rotating full-time schedule that includes weekends and public holidays
- A master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Relevant professional experience in intelligence, security, risk management, analysis, journalism, or a related field
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages
- Experience using geospatial tools, AI, and web-scouring tools for intelligence research, monitoring, or analysis
- Experience monitoring and validating breaking or rapidly developing events
