Overview
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Integrated Studio Artist to support centralised creative production across print and digital channels. This role plays a critical part in brand implementation, design, creative adaptation, final artwork delivery and quality control, ensuring all outputs meet Prodigious, Publicis Groupe and client standards.
Responsibilities
Creative Production & Artwork
- Produce high-quality graphic design, final artwork and digital artwork for print and digital assets across multiple clients and brands.
- Handle desktop publishing (DTP) tasks including adaptation, layout, formatting and resizing of creative assets.
- Prepare production-ready files in line with technical specifications, media requirements and delivery timelines.
Conceptual Layout & Adaptation
- Support the development of conceptual layouts based on creative direction and existing campaign ideas.
- Adapt master creatives into multiple formats, versions, and markets while maintaining creative integrity.
- Work closely with creative, account and production teams to ensure smooth handover from concept to execution.
Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Apply and uphold brand identity systems and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in brand application across regional and global markets.
- Support the localisation and adaptation of brand assets where required.
Quality Control & Central Implementation
- Own quality control management, ensuring accuracy in layout, copy, imagery, colours and technical output.
- Support central implementation of assets across platforms, markets and stakeholders within Publicis Groupe.
- Conduct final checks prior to delivery to ensure compliance with brand, legal, and production standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal Prodigious production teams, Publicis Groupe agencies and external vendors (e.g. printers, digital partners) when required.
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently while meeting tight timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in graphic design, DTP, and final artwork production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiar with the usage of Canva and knowledge of Figma is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of print and digital production workflows.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and large-scale brand systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
