About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Digital Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing and branding initiatives. The Senior Digital Manager will oversee digital campaigns, content strategy, social media direction, and brand communications while working closely with internal teams to support business growth, recruitment efforts, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on analytics and insights
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through digital initiatives
Social Media & Branding
- Lead the creative direction and management of the organisation's social media presence
- Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, and digital storytelling efforts
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing materials
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor junior marketing or creative team members
- Collaborate with recruitment, business development, and events teams on cross-functional campaigns
- Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualise and execute strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, or partners when required
Analytics & Optimisation
- Track and analyse KPIs across campaigns and platforms
- Prepare reports and insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and market trends
- Support the implementation of digital tools and automation processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or campaign management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content strategy
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and strategic mindset
