Job Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for large-scale electronic security tenders, translating client needs into integrated, compliant solutions.
- Act as subject matter expert to evaluate security hardware/software, conduct PoC testing, and drive product and solution innovation.
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize BOM, costing, and total cost of ownership to ensure competitive bids.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, including coordination with remote team members.
- Align solution designs and product strategy with senior leadership to support the company's long-term technology roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in engineering, IT, or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry, including senior design or leadership exposure
- Strong technical knowledge in integrated security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, VMS, AI analytics, networking) and system integration
- Proven leadership, stakeholder communication, and innovative problem-solving capabilities
