About the Role

The Integrated Media team sits at the heart of our business and plays a critical role in shaping our market reputation and the health of our client relationships.

As Integrated Media Manager, you will support the Regional Business Director in leading a key global account. You will help strengthen our position in communications planning, strategic thinking, implementation and client servicing, while ensuring that work is delivered effectively across markets and specialist teams.

You will be responsible for translating strategic insights into integrated communications plans, managing day-to-day delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agency partners and local market teams.

Reporting Structure

  • Report directly to the Regional Business Director
  • Lead and develop a team of two to three direct reports
  • Coordinate the specialist services and delivery teams supporting your business

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with a key global client
  • Take ownership of the health and quality of the client relationship
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Understand client priorities and translate them into clear actions for internal and specialist teams
  • Communicate confidently and effectively across different stakeholder levels

Global Market Management

  • Maintain regular engagement with local market teams to ensure visibility of upcoming campaigns, key account developments and new process roll-outs
  • Ensure local offices understand and follow globally aligned ways of working
  • Identify and troubleshoot market-level issues, providing practical and sustainable solutions
  • Lead the annual planning process across markets, with support from the Strategy Director
  • Maintain consistency in planning standards, operational processes and deliverables across markets
  • Communications and Implementation Planning
  • Develop communications plans based on strategic insights created in partnership with the assigned strategist
  • Lead the implementation planning process from brief through to delivery
  • Manage internal and external delivery partners to ensure work is delivered according to the agreed brief, budget, audience and timelines
  • Guide the planning team in developing innovative, accurate and commercially effective media plans
  • Ensure the timely delivery and upkeep of media plans, contact reports, status reports and other reporting templates
  • Oversee post-campaign reporting and demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the media strategy
  • Supervise the collection and presentation of competitive data in agreed formats

Profitability and Productivity

  • Manage team workloads and client expectations to maximise productivity and maintain delivery quality
  • Identify opportunities to introduce relevant solutions, capabilities and services
  • Support effective resource planning and commercially responsible account management
  • Team and Specialist Management
  • Provide clear, accurate and actionable briefs to direct reports and specialist teams
  • Integrate the work of media investment, ad operations, activation hubs and other specialist functions
  • Set clear expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Support the career development and progression of direct reports
  • Build effective working relationships across the wider agency network

  • Ensure all work leaving the agency meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to ideas that inspire, engage and drive meaningful commercial outcomes

Experience and Skills

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Four to five years of media industry experience, with strong media planning and buying capabilities
  • A sound understanding of media fundamentals and strategic communications planning
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns or regional accounts
  • Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, markets and delivery partners
  • Experience managing or developing junior team members
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
