Job Description

Our client is seeking an ILS / RAM Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) of complex systems and equipment. This role works closely with project and engineering teams to develop and implement Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies that ensure system sustainability and long-term operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ILS plans in line with project and customer requirements
  • Perform RAM analyses, including FMECA
  • Conduct supportability and maintainability assessments
  • Develop and support maintenance strategies to improve system uptime
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (manuals, logistics data, publications)
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams on ILS/RAM activities
  • Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide technical training and support to customers and end-users

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Ability to interpret electronic and mechanical designs for maintenance planning
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and basic project coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in defence or defence-related projects is an advantage
  • Singaporeans only
