Plan and execute content calendars across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage community engagement and interactions
Develop integrated content strategies aligned with campaign objectives
Generate creative ideas across digital and offline touchpoints
Adapt messaging for different platforms (social, press, on-ground activations)
Work closely with creative teams to execute campaigns
Track and analyse performance across digital platforms (engagement, CTR, conversions)
Prepare reports with insights and optimisation recommendations
Monitor campaign effectiveness across both digital and media channels
Support planning and coordination of traditional media campaigns (e.g. print, radio, OOH)
Liaise with media partners, publishers, and vendors where required
Assist in drafting press releases and media angles
Work alongside PR/media teams to amplify campaign reach
Ensure consistency of messaging across digital and offline channels
Support end-to-end campaign execution across digital and traditional channels
Assist with paid media (boosting, basic optimisation)
Coordinate timelines across stakeholders (internal + external)
Identify opportunities to integrate digital with offline/media efforts
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Recommend improvements based on cross-channel performance
Any ad-hoc duties as directed
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Mass Communications / Creative / Media and Advertising or related marketing disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing or media
Experience in social media + exposure to traditional/media campaigns
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Strong understanding of content strategy and campaign planning
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
