Customer Outreach & Telesales
- Actively make outbound calls to UOB's existing customers to introduce and promote general insurance products.
- Present a comprehensive range of general insurance plans, including Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
Sales & Advisory
- Clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of each insurance plan to customers.
- Understand customer needs and concerns through active listening and tailored conversations.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently to achieve successful sales closure.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products where appropriate to maximize customer protection coverage.
Performance & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Thrive in a fast-paced telesales environment with strong focus on results and productivity.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Conduct all sales calls with diligence and integrity, in full compliance with the Bank's quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper adherence to sales processes, certification requirements, and ethical selling practices.
Continuous Learning & Development
- Continuously learn and apply new selling techniques to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and insurance industry developments.
