Conduct outbound sales calls to present General Insurance products such as Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness plans to UOB customers.
Proactively communicate and highlight the unique selling propositions of each insurance product in a clear and compelling manner.
Understand customer concerns through active listening and provide appropriate solutions aligned with their needs.
Handle customer objections professionally and conduct persuasive, engaging sales conversations to achieve successful closures.
Demonstrate strong cross-selling capability by recommending additional or complementary insurance products where appropriate.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Uphold diligence and integrity throughout the sales process, ensuring all calls comply with the bank's quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
