General Insurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to present General Insurance products such as Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness plans to UOB customers.
• Highlight the unique selling points of each insurance plan to engage customers effectively.
• Understand customers concerns through active listening and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and conduct persuasive, engaging sales calls to ensure successful closures.
• Demonstrate strong cross-selling ability by recommending additional or complementary insurance products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Apply diligence and integrity throughout the sales process, ensuring adherence to UOB's quality assurance standards.
