Job Description

The Insurance Sales Consultant will be responsible for actively promoting UOB's insurance products to customers through outbound calls, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are goal-oriented and eager to grow their careers in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively make outbound calls to present insurance products to customers.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, quality, and operational standards.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Handle customer objections professionally while delivering excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • CMFAS qualifications in M5 and M9.
  • Minimum qualification of full GCE A Level certificate or Poly Diploma holders.
  • Passionate communicators capable of connecting with customers and articulating the value of insurance products.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new sales techniques to improve performance.
  • Team players who enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive team environment.
