The Insurance Sales Consultant will be responsible for actively promoting UOB's insurance products to customers through outbound calls, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Actively make outbound calls to present insurance products to customers.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, quality, and operational standards.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Handle customer objections professionally while delivering excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- CMFAS qualifications in M5 and M9.
- Minimum qualification of full GCE A Level certificate or Poly Diploma holders.
