Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Specialist, based in Singapore. The Insurance Specialist will assist clients in navigating and selecting insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include offering comprehensive insurance and financial advice, preparing insurance brokerage plans, collaborating with other team members, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Insurance and Financial Planning
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-oriented approach
• Ability to analyze and assess financial and insurance needs
• Relevant certifications - RES5, M9, M9A, HI certified is a bonus and/or qualifications in Insurance, Finance, or related fields are desirable
