Insurance Specialist

Role Description The Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for supporting the distribution and servicing of insurance products on iFAST's platform. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer and adviser inquiries on insurance solutions, reviews, preparing quotations and comparisons, processing applications and endorsements, and monitoring policy renewals and follow-ups. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, including understanding of policy features, underwriting requirements, and product comparison.
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance, such as basic financial concepts, analytical abilities, and attention to detail in handling transactional and policy-related data.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional client interaction, and the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Relevant academic background in finance, business, insurance, or related disciplines is beneficial, along with industry certifications or licensing where applicable.
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency with office and insurance administration systems, and the ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions are advantageous.
• Prior experience in an insurance, financial advisory, or financial services environment is required.
