Insurance Program Manager, Core Transformation (Singapore)

We are seeking an execution-focused (Re)insurance Program Managerto lead delivery governance for core system replacement and migration programmes within Reinsurance and Large Commercial portfolios.

This role will oversee migration strategy, cutover planning, data reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilisation, ensuring strong execution discipline across complex transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years experience delivering programmes within insurance or reinsurance environments
• Proven track record leading core system replacement or transformation initiatives
• Strong experience managing parallel runs, data migration, and high-risk cutover events
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred
• Prior Reinsurance Underwriting experience is required
• Reinsurance domain expertise and strong stakeholder management capabilities are highly valued.
