. Process premium collection and payments

. Evaluates and processes post-inception transactions like nomination of beneficiary, policy alteration, assignment, fund switch, top-up, update of personal details, GIRO application, reinstatement, preparation of quotation, etc

. Conduct user acceptance testing on error rectification, new initiatives and product launches

. Collaborates with both department, inter-department users and external parties

. Perform any other duties or projects assigned by Section Head or Head of Department
