Are you an operations professional with a background in custody, investment operations, or life insurance A leading global financial institution is looking for an HNW Insurance Operations Specialist to drive middle-office excellence for premier High Net Worth products—with a primary focus on Variable Universal Life (VUL) policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly VUL policy valuations, liquidity monitoring, and asset suitability/sanctions checks.
• Coordinate directly with external custodians and asset managers to resolve complex operational queries.
• Identify workflow improvements, update SOPs, and maintain audit-ready documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to refine the customer journey and streamline middle-office processes.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years in custody, investment, or life insurance operations (bank, custodian, or financial institution).
• Solid working knowledge of custodial operations, investment workflows, and local regulatory standards.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and top-tier stakeholder management capabilities.
