Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product & Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the Singapore Life & Health Insurance market. This role will lead brand governance and oversee the development, review, and management of customer-facing product and marketing materials to ensure consistency with corporate branding, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand governance initiatives and ensure consistent application of corporate branding standards across all customer and distributor communications.
- Review, manage, and coordinate the creation and maintenance of:
- Product brochures and benefit illustrations
- Proposal forms and customer application documents
- Policy servicing and customer communication materials
- Sales kits and distributor support materials
- Marketing campaigns and promotional collateral
- Website content and digital communication assets
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and governance standards.
- Support new product launches by developing marketing and sales enablement materials aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure customer communications are clear, accurate, and compliant with Singapore insurance regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage content review and approval processes while maintaining version control and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to support sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Monitor market practices, competitor communications, and evolving regulatory requirements to recommend enhancements to communication materials and branding standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Experience within the Singapore Life & Health Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, customer communications, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in product marketing, brand governance, content management, or customer communication functions within an insurer.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Distribution teams.
- Excellent written communication and content review skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality materials within tight timelines.
