- Handle client enquiries and renewals for Foreign Workers Insurance.
- Work with clients and insurers to arrange new insurance policies.
- Help clients submit insurance claims and follow up on progress.
- Compare insurance plans and benefits to stay updated with market changes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with BCP and PGI or CGI certificate.
- At least 2 years of handling General Insurance experience.
- Proactive, meticulous and customer service oriented.
