Job Description

Responsibilities

Handle customer and intermediary enquiries mainly via email through Salesforce
Manage emails, letters and outbound calls where required
Provide end-to-end support and aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact
Process routine customer requests in accordance with SOPs, product knowledge and approved guideline
Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow-ups and audit trails while meeting service standards and SLAs
Resolve customer issues professionally and provide appropriate solutions within approved guidelines
Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
