Working Location: Queenstown
Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.15pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1:00pm (once per month)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Insurance Department for motor and general insurance.
Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams on quotations, renewals, and policy issuance.
Update system records accurately and keep all information current.
Ensure all documents and records follow company and industry standards.
Handle motor insurance sales and customer enquiries.
Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and staff.
Process and coordinate insurance documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE O level cert and above with 2 years working experience in similar role
Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
