Job Description

    • Basic $ 2,800 - $ 3,000 + Variable Bonus

    • Working Location: Queenstown

    • Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month

    • Working Hours:

      • Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.15pm

      • Saturday: 9.00am - 1:00pm (once per month)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Insurance Department for motor and general insurance.

    • Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams on quotations, renewals, and policy issuance.

    • Update system records accurately and keep all information current.

    • Ensure all documents and records follow company and industry standards.

    • Handle motor insurance sales and customer enquiries.

    • Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and staff.

    • Process and coordinate insurance documentation.

    • Perform other ad-hoc duties when required.

    Job Requirement:

    • Minimum GCE O level cert and above with 2 years working experience in similar role

    • Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
