We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Assistant/Executive.
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to start a career in HR and gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced but guided environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with work pass applications and basic submissions
- Support onboarding and employee paperwork
- Handle data entry, filing, and general HR administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR Operations team
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience (HR/admin experience is a bonus, not required)
- Organized, careful, and able to follow processes
- Responsible and consistent in completing tasks
- Willing to learn and take guidance
- Comfortable handling routine and detailed work
