Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare policy illustrations and client presentation materials to support Insurance Specialists in their advisory engagements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for new business submissions and policy servicing. This includes coordinating medical appointments with clinics, submitting required documentation to insurers, processing payment advice, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to progress applications and transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare policy review packages for existing in-force policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Execute general administrative duties, including printing and binding documents, as well as arranging local and international courier services.
  • Provide cross-support to the Wealth Planning team, particularly in trust administration tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within Bancassurance or Insurance Brokerage environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes with a high level of drive to achieve personal and professional objectives.
  • Well-developed organizational abilities, with effective project coordination and management skills.
