Instrumentation & Control Engineer (SOL)

Job Description
1. Improve energy efficiency of existing buildings by analyzing, upgrading, and optimizing control systems to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

Design, program, and modify Building Management Systems (BMS) and control strategies

2. Implement energy-saving measures such as scheduling, demand control, and setpoint optimization.

3. Conduct energy audits and performance assessments.

4. Perform system commissioning, testing, and validation.

5. Integrate smart meters, sensors, and automation technologies.

6. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.

7. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards and local regulations.

8. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost-benefit analyses.

9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

10. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

11. Any other duties as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC), or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or energy management.

3. Strong knowledge of BMS platforms.

4. Experience with PLC programming and control systems.

5. Understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency principles.
