What You Can Expect
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare Picture checklist for Singapore & Emerging Market
- Support in Emerging Market Tender orders packing and labelling
- Prepare and plan Instruments for surgeries and ship to cases in surgery management system
- Doing instrument turn for Singapore and Emerging market, work with sales to ensure all of team align in the instrument turn.
- Checking instrument short term & Long term with guidance from QA in inspection process.
- Replacement of Wear and Tear or missing instruments return from Hospitals.
- Liaise with Sales support and Sales rep require to order instrument replacement via email.
- Support weekly cycle count and annual hospitals consignment count.
- Raise Stock adjustment form and SRP and process in SAP.
- Remove short term less than 30-day expiry date and 90-day expiry date from hospitals or Implant kits in Surgery Management System and SAP active storage locations
- Work with finance for write off / review asset as quarterly basis or when necessary
- Any other special tasks assigned.

- Meticulous
- Strong in SAP/SMS /Excel
- Able to do analysis and reconciliation
- Do not mind administrative tasks such as documentation, labelling items in warehouse
- Warehouse and Instrument in medical device experience is advantageous
Your Background
- Diploma Holder in logistics / warehouse / administrative
- 2-5 years experience in Administrative and operational role
