Institutional Sales Lead (APAC) | Permanent | Singapore or Hong Kong
Plexus have partnered with a Solana staking protocol who are looking to expand their institutional business offering.
You will own the entire lifecycle of a dealfrom cold outreach and initial pitch to final signature and live integrationreporting directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of institutional targets (Banks, Family Offices, Exchanges, ETF Issuers, and Asset Managers) from scratch.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing technical launch.
- Strategic Networking: Represent Sanctum at key industry conferences and high-level bilateral meetings to establish a dominant regional presence.
- Executive Presence: Act as a credible advisor to CFOs and Heads of Digital Assets, effectively addressing compliance and security concerns.
- Strategic Feedback: Translate market intelligence and client objections into actionable insights for our Product and Strategy teams.
What You'll Bring
- 2 - 4 years of experience with proof of signed deals.
- You either know the pipes of crypto or the halls of TradFi.
- You build and manage your own pipeline.
- You can hold your own in a room with a CFO or Head of Digital Assets.
- You move diligently with speed.
