A fast-growing global fintech brokerage platform providing a comprehensive trading ecosystem for institutional and fintech clients is looking to hire an experienced relationship manager. Operating through regulated entities across major financial hubs, the firm offers a scalable, API-driven infrastructure supporting trading, wealth management, and embedded finance use cases.

With a strong international presence and backing from leading global investors, the company is focused on expanding its footprint and delivering seamless multi-market access to buy-side institutions, brokers, digital banks, and fintech platforms.

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will own and develop long-term partnerships with institutional and fintech clients leveraging the firm's trading and brokerage infrastructure. The role is focused on client success, engagement, and strategic account growth, ensuring clients fully utilize the platform while receiving a high-quality service experience.

You will act as the primary point of contact, working cross-functionally with trading, product, operations, technology, and compliance teams to support onboarding, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.

This role requires a strong understanding of electronic trading and fintech ecosystems, particularly API-based brokerage, cross-border investing, and embedded finance. Success is measured by client satisfaction, platform adoption, and account growth rather than pure sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with institutional, fintech, and broker clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models, trading flows, and strategic priorities
  • Partner with sales and internal teams to support onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing client success
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive platform adoption, retention, and growth (including upsell/cross-sell opportunities)
  • Coordinate across internal functions to resolve issues and enhance client experience
  • Review and optimize the end-to-end client journey using a consultative approach
  • Analyse client data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, workflows, and client service standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 58 years of experience in brokerage, fintech, or capital markets
  • Experience managing institutional clients, brokers, banks, or fintech platforms preferred
  • Solid understanding of electronic trading, brokerage operations, or capital markets infrastructure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
  • Comfortable engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and able to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Prior exposure to cross-border business is a plus
