Responsibilities:
Competency-Based Training Delivery
- Deliver IBF-STS accredited programmes in accordance with the approved curriculum and learning design.
- Facilitate structured learning activities aligned with clearly defined Learning Outcomes and TSC mapping.
- Contextualise training delivery using authentic, industry-relevant financial services use cases.
- Ensure constructive alignment between learning objectives, instructional activities, and assessment components.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct competency-based assessments in accordance with IBF-STS requirements.
- Evaluate learner performance against defined Performance Statements and Proficiency Levels.
- Apply approved marking rubrics consistently to ensure validity, reliability, and fairness.
- Provide structured and actionable feedback to support learners professional competency development.
- Maintain proper documentation of assessment evidence for audit and quality assurance purposes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Adhere to the approved training duration, delivery mode, and assessment plan submitted for accreditation.
- Ensure attendance, participation, and assessment records are accurately maintained.
- Support audit processes and accreditation reviews where required.
- Escalate curriculum or assessment-related issues in accordance with governance processes.
- Uphold professional integrity and comply with confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience within financial services, FinTech, risk, compliance, or related domains.
- Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge at a practitioner or advisory level.
- Prior experience in adult learning, training, or facilitation is preferred.
- Familiarity with IBF Standards and competency-based training frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage working professionals and senior practitioners.
- Ability to assess learners objectively against defined competency criteria.
