Installer (Technician)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best location for installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Install home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards, including filtration units.
• Connect home appliance to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  Requirements:
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
