• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and applying bonding agents.
• Mix plaster, cement, or other materials to the required consistency.
• Apply coats of plaster or render to walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Use hand tools (trowels, floats, hammers) and power tools to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
• Repair and patch existing plasterwork as required.
• Follow drawings, measurements, or verbal instructions for finishing requirements.
• Ensure quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
• Adhere to workplace safety and site regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of plastering experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of different plastering techniques (skim coat, stucco, cement rendering).
• Ability to read and understand site instructions and measurements.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishing.
• Must work hard and under sun.
• Must work long hour.
