Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers.
• Mix and apply paints, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Perform touch-ups, retouching, and repair works as required.
• Protect non-paintable areas with masking tape, drop cloths, or protective coverings.
• Ensure proper color matching and smooth finishing.
• Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights, with chemicals, or in confined spaces.
• Coordinate with other trades and site workers to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Painter in construction or industrial projects.
• Familiar with different types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or outdoors.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and finishing techniques.
• Good eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• working long hours.
• Must working under sun power.
