Preparing work orders for repairs or maintenance on equipment, such as installing new light fixtures or repairing plumbing leaks
Inspecting facilities for safety hazards such as fire hazards or electrical problems
Maintaining inventory of repair parts and supplies by ordering replacements when needed
Installing computer software and hardware such as operating systems, application programs, and network systems
Installing, repairing, or maintaining heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems or equipment such as ductwork, boilers, humidifiers, fans, pumps, air conditioners, filters, coils, thermostats, refrigerant lines, humidistats, and gauges
Installing and maintaining security systems such as burglar alarms, surveillance cameras, access control devices, fire alarms, and security lighting
Repairing plumbing leaks in sinks, toilets, faucets, or pipes
Installing electrical wiring and fixtures, including light fixtures, wall switches, telephone jacks, electrical outlets, dimmers, thermostats, and smoke detectors
Performing other duties as required by the employer, such as cleaning work sites and equipment after repairs have been completed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Electrical and/or Mechanical or equivalent.
at least 3 years of experience in building servicing
Weekly rotating shift duties (3 shifts) - 7am to 4pm, 2pm to 11am, 1030am to 730am
