Insides Sales Representative #JTL

. Quotation - Prepare and issue sales quotation in a timely manner, based on customer requirement.

. Order Entry and Management - Responsible for daily order entry, monitor order status, follow up on delivery timelines, and ensure end-to-end order fulfilment.

. Sales Forecasting - Consolidated customer demand and forecast input. Responsible for preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly accurate sales projection to be presented to management.

. Contract Review - Responsible for contract review, need to understand the specification and technical drawing/blueprint and flow down specific requirement to operations & quality.

. AR Follow-Up - Liaise with customers and internal US finance team to follow up on outstanding payments and support AR collection efforts.

. Strong Communication Skills - Must be articulate, well spoken, and able to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.

. Customer-Focused - Experience in working closely with key accounts and new accounts.

. Detail-Oriented and organized - Able to manage multi tasks, track customer requirements, and follow through on commitments accurately. Ensure all quotes, orders and communications are handled with high accuracy and follow-through.

. Internal Collaborative - Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to align sale activities with inventory availability and delivery planning.

. Meeting Participation - Required to attend and actively contribute to weekly internal meetings with USA HQ as well as external meetings with key customers.

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering or related field

. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, customer service, order management.

. Proficient and strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel experience in Oracle is an advantage.
