Inside Sales Support Officer (Freight Forwarding/Central)

Our client is a one of the leading freight forwarding & logistics company

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with overseas / network agents
• Work on quotations with network agents, overseas offices and agents regarding their rate enquiries
• File rates with Carriers
• Provide support for inside sales SOC centres
• File rates and provide assistance for SOC centres if required
• Cold call new accounts / clients
• Visit customers when required

Requirements:

• GCE O Levels / Nitec in any disciplines.
• Has at least 2 years inside sales support / customer service related experience in freight forwarding operations

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Location: Near Labrador Park MRT
• Up to S$3K Base+gd perks
