EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities:

.Oversees and supervises the daily operations of the appointed zone

.Plans the manpower needs of the zone, recruits, and deploys staff, develops, appraises, and promotes them.

.Manages the work performance of subordinates through orientation, training and coaching and disciplining them when necessary.

.Ensures that operational schedules are met, and jobs are completed.

.Ensures conformance to work procedures and standards.

.Handles customer complaints and conducts follow-up service calls/visits to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

.Attends to Clients as the Single Point of Contact for the appointed zone.

.Performs any other related duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
