Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for initiating and nurturing enterprise client relationships, generating leads, and conducting follow-ups. The role also involves understanding client needs, providing tailored proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing effective communication to support business goals in our mid to large size enterprise relationships.

You will be working in a commerically driven team in Malaysia and Singapore staffed by experienced and diverse hires.

Our office is in Woodlands and you're expected to travel there twice a week.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
• High EQ and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in talent acquisition or event sales a plus
• PR and Social Media management skills a plus
