Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified customer leads through assigned cold calling, lead generation, networking activities
• Make appointments with key decision makers for sales reps who are out in the field
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of specific industry and product solutions positioning to be able to communicate, convince and assist customer
• Accurately updating and maintenance of account/lead through data profiling / data verification exercise via internal CRM platform
• Provide first-hand feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients
• Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set
• Perform occasional ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of B2B experience in a Telesales environment (Preferably in the area Finance , Insurance or Technology solution (sw/hw) industry)
• Min GCE A level /Diploma qualification and above or equivalent
• Self-motivated and self-driven; able to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining consistently high productivity
• The ability to solution sell rather than selling a product
• Strong sales process, analytical orientation with attention to metrics
• Strong telephony and listening skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to grasp technology solutions both old & new, to effectively market a variety of products and solutions
