Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
- Liaising with finance department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Following up on sales inquiries
- Provide regular reports on sales activities
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in any field
- Relevant 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales position
- Experience working in distributor environment to support on daily activities
- Results-driven to achieve and exceed sales target
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport
