Job Description

Reponsibilities:

  • Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new & existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries
  • Generate Renewal Quotation using Excel /Business Central
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Presales and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewal
  • Create MSA for Renewal contract
  • Follow up closely on renewal opportunity and close it on time
  • To recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services.
  • Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies
  • Source renewal quotation from respective vendors
  • Upsell multiyear renewal and managed services
  • Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
  • May be required to identify and recommend improvements to renewal administration processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills
  • Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals
  • Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately
  • Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results measure by renewal bookings
  • Strong organisational and able to handle multitask simutaneously
  • Proficiency in microsoft office applications, SalesForce and Microsoft Business Central
  • Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
  • Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures
