- Conduct inbound and outbound sales outreach to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and present quotations, follow up effectively, and close deals to meet sales goals.
- Keep customer records and sales activities up to date in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
