Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities by following up inbound leads and initiating outbound calls and emails to potential and existing customers
  • Communicate effectively with partners and customers to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and service information to provide accurate details to customers and partners
  • Route qualified sales opportunities to the partner sales manager to facilitate deal development and closure
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers to support sales pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the partner sales manager to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals that drive business growth
  • Analyze competitor information and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and inform strategic sales approaches
  • Develop customer accounts by reviewing buying history and recommending related or new products to increase sales
  • Support Partner Sales or Marketing teams in executing sales and promotional activities to enhance market presence

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Proficient in using corporate productivity tools and web presentation software to engage customers and partners effectively
  • Strong phone presence with experience making high volumes of outbound calls daily to generate leads and close sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey product information and negotiate with customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong listening and presentation skills to understand customer needs and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative to meet sales objectives
  • Knowledge or experience with CRM software or Microsoft Solutions is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
