Job Description & Requirements
- Communicating with exisiting customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Attending to potential/existing customers enquiries and offering solutions and quotations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customers orders, coordinating with internal departments to fulfil shipments
- Gather and analyse customer feedback for service improvement
- Monitor and report on performance against targets
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
