Responsibilities
- Deliver inside sales support by managing customer inquiries and providing timely, polite communication to enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales quotes and follow up with customers to ensure order completion and address concerns
- Coordinate with vendors to manage shipments and ensure timely delivery of products
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Apply interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and support team objectives effectively
- Collaborate as a team player to contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Use MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems to process sales information efficiently
- Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and support diverse customer needs
