Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate with clients and clinical staff to efficiently plan and optimize schedule of home care visits, considering client preferences, caregiver availability, and logistical considerations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to other Thye Hua Kwan subsidiaries/departments, referring source, external service providers, AIC on program details and clients.
- Maintain a detailed documentation of visit schedules, client and staff communications using department Electronic Medical Records System.
- Maintenance of client and service-related files to ensure information is accurate and updated regularly.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of home care services by monitoring visit schedules and gathering feedback from clients and caregivers.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, bi-yearly reports and any other ad hoc reports if requested etc.
Secondary Duties:
- Assist in the orientation and induction for new staff
- Provide coverage for Admin Assistant/Executive when necessary.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Programme Manager.

- Previous experience in appointment scheduling or islandwide delivery/service coordinating roles is an advantage.
- Ability to speak in mandarin and/or dialects (due to business requirement) is preferred.
