We're expanding our dynamic Business Development team and looking for energetic Inside Sales Associates to help us reach new heights!
Responsibilities
- Qualify outbound leads through CRM platforms and engagement tools
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Understand client challenges and recommend relevant digital solutions (e.g., SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Business Development Managers
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentation materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on dormant leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and the agency's offerings
Requirements
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred
(Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply!) - Strong communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs
- Bonus points for experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, media sales, or digital marketing services
