Inside Sales Account Manager (Hunter Competitive Accounts)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Hunter whose primary mission is:
- Break into competitor accounts and secure qualified appointments for our outdoor sales Team
- This role focuses on winning new business by targeting companies currently using competitor solutions. You will open doors, create opportunities, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured outbound prospecting (cold calls)
- Achieve daily call and outreach activity targets
- Identify customer requirements, dissatisfaction, renewal timelines, or business triggers
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and prompt manner.
- Qualify prospects / opportunities into leads and assist Account Managers to secure appointments to meet buyers.
- Gather competitor insights and pricing information
- Maintain strong knowledge of company's products and services offering.
- Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns run by the business unit.
- Update CRM accurately and consistently
- Maintain minimum active pipeline (suspects & prospects)
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in any discipline.
- 25 years of B2B cold calling / inside sales / business development experience
- Proven track record in appointment setting or new business acquisition via cold calling
- Strong hunter mentality comfortable with rejection and objection
- Structured in follow-up and CRM management
- Proficient in IT and computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluency (Strong verbal and written skills) in English.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt and learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
- Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, highly detailed and results oriented.
