Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To generate, qualify, and progress sales opportunities through proactive outreach, digital campaigns, and partner collaboration, ensuring 3 pipeline coverage and seamless handover to field AMs and Presales. To track and ensure contract renewals are done timely.

Lead Generation & Qualification

.Execute outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to identify potential customers across target sectors.

.Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partner programs (Microsoft, Fortinet, HPE).

.Use discovery frameworks to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).

.Maintain a minimum of 100 new contacts per month with a conversion rate 10% to qualified opportunities.

Pipeline Management

.Build and maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are properly tagged, scored, and updated.

.Collaborate with AMs to ensure qualified leads are advanced through proposal and closure stages.

.Track campaign effectiveness through dashboards and provide weekly funnel reports.

Job Requirements: (e.g., educational/ professional qualifications)

.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

.Diplomas in IT or Business with relevant experience in B2B technology sales may also be considered.
