Innovation Hub (Tesseract) Intern

As Client Engagement & Innovation Intern - Tesseract, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, product development, market research, stakeholder engagement, and matrix-team collaboration. Working alongside seasoned practitioners, you will play a key role in advancing client conversations from pre-sales to business opportunities and help coordinate regional client events.

What You'll Do

• Support the overall strategy to push client conversations from pre-sales into business opportunities for NCS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop relevant Industry Use Cases aligned with client needs.
• Engage Innovation Ecosystem Partners to align with the innovation strategy.
• Track and follow up on pre-sales conversations with Client Account Leads to establish business requirements for emerging industry themes and bespoke client workshops/events.
• Coordinate workshops and events (virtual, physical, hybrid) from planning through execution and post-event tracking.
• Support technology and industry research work tailored for specific client workshops.
