Injection Moulding Machine Technician

Role and Responsibilities:

. To provide trouble shooting and technical support to production processes.

. Responsible for maintaining the conditions of all machines, equipments and moulds by keeping a routine servicing schedule.

. Responsible for maintaining the conditions and safekeeping of tools and equipments required for maintenance / servicing.

. To troubleshoot, repair and maintaining machines, equipments and moulds.

. To maintain records of maintenance activities and report to MD if any anomaly is detected.

. To ensure all required records are kept and maintained at all times.

. To ensure products quality specification and compliance to the SOP of machine operation.

. Responsible for loading and unloading of moulds including mould start up, setting and mould testing.

. Liaise with engineer for new mould testing as well as keeping test samples and parameters.

. To clearly label each mould and return moulds back to allocated positions after loading and unloading of moulds.

. Assist Production supervisors in day to day operation at various production departments including managing production operators and general workers.

. To conduct QC checking on semi-finished products at PIM/LIM
